Announcements:

The office is currently CLOSED for walk-ins.  If you need to meet in person, please email [email protected] for an appointment.

This office no longer accepts payments on 2022 annual County/Township or School bills.  If you did not pay your 2022 annual bills, you will receive a new bill from the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau.

The annual County/Township Real Estate Tax Bill will be mailed at the end of February.  Receive a discount if paid by 4/30.

If you need to pay an interim tax bill, there is a secure drop box outside of the office at 960 Wentz Road that can be accessed 24/7 and is checked daily.

January 2023 - Important Things to Know

Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate: Applications for 2022 taxes are now available from the PA Department of Revenue! Click the links under "Important Links" to learn more about the state rebate program.

Bills & Receipts: You can download your tax bills by clicking the "Bills & Receipts" tab.  It will have a "PAID" stamp if it's been paid.

Online payments: Once the County/Township taxes are billed at the end of February, you will be able to pay online via e-check (50 cent fee) or credit/debit card (2% fee).

You'll need the last 8 digits of your parcel number for online payments.  E-check fee: $0.50.  Credit Card fee: 2%

Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date.   Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for e-checks to transfer from your bank. Save your confirmation e-mail for future reference.
