Announcements:

If you'd like to meet in person to pay your taxes, you can stop by 960 Wentz Road from 9:30-11:30am on 12/6, 12/13 or 12/20.

There is a secure drop box outside of the office doors that can be accessed 24/7.

The 2022 real estate taxes are past due and a 10% penalty will be added to any payments.  Any payments not submitted by the end of the calendar year must be turned over to the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau.  Payments made 12/16-12/31 must be certified funds.

December 2022 - Important Things to Know

Bills & Receipts: You can download your tax bills by clicking the "Bills & Receipts" tab.  It will have a "PAID" stamp if it's been paid.

If paying your tax bill online: use the last 8 digits of your parcel number without dashes.

If you prefer to use bill pay services through your bank, make sure you have it set to pay “Whitpain Township Tax Collector” at P.O. Box 1424, Blue Bell, PA 19422.  Please give your bank at least two weeks before the deadline to process payment.


Payments: Township & County Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount deadline 4/30; Face deadline 6/30)

You'll need the last 8 digits of your parcel number for online payments.  E-check fee: $0.50.  Credit Card fee: 2%

Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date.   Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for e-checks to transfer from your bank. Save your confirmation e-mail for future reference.


Payments: Wissahickon School Tax Bill  (Discount deadline 8/31; Face deadline 10/31)
