Announcements:

The 2026 annual real estate tax bills are now in PENALTY.  If not paid by the end of 2026, those bills will be turned over to the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau for collection.

Tax payments made between 12/16-12/31 must be certified funds.

The 2026-2027 Wissahickon School District real estate tax bill is now in PENALTY.

The 2026 Montgomery County/Whitpain Township real estate tax bill is now in PENALTY.

You'll need your FULL PARCEL NUMBER (ex. 66-00-01234-56-7) for online payments.  E-check (ACH) fee: $0.50.  Credit/Debit Card fee: 2%

Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date.   Please note it can take up to a week for e-checks (ACH) to transfer from your bank. Save your emails or download receipts here for income tax purposes.

ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED 12/16-12/31.  Certified funds are required during that time period.
